BREATHE Fitness Fusion with Live Drumming

Join instructors Jill and Roman for a one of a kind Fitness Fusion class blending a variety of exercises (cardio, dance fitness, kick, sculpt, and yoga) with live drummer Jaye Luk. The fitness team will be "taking everyone to the movies" using only music from well-known motion pictures. Drummer Jaye Luke will drum live along to the music keeping everyone on beat. Just like a movie premiere, all participants will have the opportunity to have a special "Hollywood movie" themed photo taken when they first arrive by Amy Thorp Photography and leave with fun swag gifts.

REGISTRATION TO THE EVENT ($20 minimum donation)

(Must be 18 years and older to attend)

You can also make a donation to this cause if you cannot make it to the event.

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?

ARRIVE EARLY. Make sure you make time to purchase your raffle tickets to WIN prizes and to get your professional "movie themed" photo by Amy Thorp Photography before the event starts. You will recieve a link at the event to download your professional photo.

WHAT TO BRING. Clothes you can move in, running shoes, a yoga matt (if you have one) and your smile. If you don't have a yoga matt, don't worry there are some matts you can use in the Motion Fitness group exercise room.
