What a spectacular night at the Lung Sask Cabaret on March 31st! Cabaret was a first of its kind event to support our mission of improving lung health in Saskatchewan and we are grateful to our sponsors, ambassadors, entertainers, guests, and lung family for making it a success. Thank you for shining a spotlight on lung health!

Every year on April 7, Green Shirt Day is observed in honour of Logan Boulet from the Humbolt Broncos, to create awareness for organ donation. Many people have received new lungs and a new lease on life because Canadians chose to sign their organ donation cards. Organ donation saves lives, we kindly ask that you consider becoming an organ donor. Visit Green Shirt Day to learn more. Our Health Promotion team is currently attending the Annual Radon Conference hosted by the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (CARST) in Victoria, BC with radon industry participants from across the country. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in Canada and is in all our homes. If you have not tested your home yet, visit homeradontest.ca. April's newsletter is jam-packed with a lot of important information, so grab your coffee and enjoy! Sincerely,
