{contact.email_greeting}, How much do you know about your lungs? February is a good time to show some extra love to your lungs by learning more about how to protect them. This Family Day, we encourage you to protect your loved ones from the second leading cause of lung cancer and test your home for radon. Every year, February 4 is observed as World Cancer Day to raise awareness, and take action against cancer. In Canada, lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer related death and is unfortunately associated with a lot of stigma. Everyone deserves support; people should be seen for who they are and not their diagnosis. Learn more about our resources and supports for lung cancer. As Lung Saskatchewan strives to be an ally in reconciliation and honour the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action, we are pleased to host Chief Cadmus Delorme (Chief of the Cowessess First Nation) as he presents at our first webinar in the 2023 Indigenous Care in Health Webinar Series on March 24th - World TB Day' on 'What We Inherited and the Role of the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action'. 2023 marks 20 years of partnering with AstraZeneca on the RESPTREC webinar series! A big thank you to AstraZeneca to their support and dedication through the years. Please join us to commemorate this landmark anniversary by attending our webinar on March 28 titled 'How Triple Therapy May Improve Key Clinical Outcomes in COPD'.
