The 2022 Saskatchewan Quits Personal Challenge kicked off on May 31 in celebration of World No Tobacco Day. The challenge will run primarily on the Saskatchewan Quits Facebook group from May 31 to June 30 and registration is open throughout the month. Please join us if you or someone you know is trying to reduce or quit smoking. The 2022 Inspired Breathing Conference took place from May 31 to June 2, it was a great time connecting and learning from our delegates and speakers virtually. Thank you to all our sponsors and delegates for participating in the conference and for making it a huge success. Our Annual General Meeting will take place virtually via Zoom on Friday, June 17 at 12:00PM (CST), please see below for more information on how to register. The Indigenous Care in Lung Health Webinar Series for healthcare professionals continues this month on Wednesday, June 22 with the 'Indigenous People, Health & Reconciliation' webinar. Participants will learn ways to promote culturally safe healthcare for Indigenous Peoples and participate in Truth and Reconciliation. Be sure to buy your Breathe Strong Raffle tickets before the deadline on June 17 and be entered to win amazing prizes. Our 50/50 is now at $94,695 and still growing! All funds raised support vital research, advocacy, education, and patient support programs in Saskatchewan.
