Emails and phone calls will be checked infrequently. If there are any urgent questions regarding clients, please call the client's home oxygen company or refer to the Home Oxygen Tester Handbook and/or SAIL Policy. 

If you are returning a nocturnal oximeter, please arrange to have it delivered before December 22 or on January 2.

1. Ensure that the SpO2, heart rate, patient name, DOB, HSN, test times, and tester name and number are always included with the results.

2. If a client is close to their renewal date, testers can request 1-2 month extensions for their clients if a testing date has been arranged. Send in your requests to EHB@health.gov.sk.ca with the client's initials and HSN.

3. Ensure results are clear and easy to read. Do not submit graphs as these are difficult to interpret and do not fax well.
